My Journey
My yoga journey began out of necessity rather than curiosity. After struggling with persistent neck pain due to a disc injury—and finding little relief through conventional medicine—I turned to yoga as a last resort. What started as a way to manage my pain quickly transformed into a deep exploration of movement, healing, and resilience. I not only found relief but also discovered how powerful movement can be in restoring function, preventing future injuries, and building a body that feels strong and capable. That’s why I’ve dedicated my teaching to a science-based, practical approach—one that blends mobility work, strength, and mindful movement to create long-term results.
